The production process starts quickly within 1-2 days, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. Changes to the address or email registered to the order can be made directly in your online receipt until production of the order starts. Once your order is in production, there is no change or cancellation can be made.

In terms of timeframe, as all articles are carefully made to order, they are only produced and shipped after the campaign ends (usually it takes 2-3 business days for a campaign ending). Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on local postal service in your area.

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.

Note that import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, if applicable, are not included in our prices and should be paid by you. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check Customs regulations in your country, bearing in mind that we usually ship from the EU or US.
If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:
Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.

If you have ordered several items in the same order, these might be shipped in different parcels, as they might belong to different campaigns with different timings, and/or be produced by different suppliers. As such, you might receive these products on different days.
If the items you’ve received do not match the ones listed in the confirmation email we’ve sent you right after your purchase, we kindly request you to send us photographic evidence of the received items, by emailing us here. Once we liaise with the supplier and confirm the mismatch, we’ll immediately send you the items missing.

Finding the right fit online can be tough.

Women's shirts such as Nano or Fitted are slim, contoured fit. We usually recommend to go up a size if a roomier fit is preferred.
As sizes might vary from your usual brands, and we do not hold stock for size exchanges, we strongly recommend you check our size guide before purchasing. You can find the best match by comparing the measurements in our guide with those of a t-shirt that fits you well. Ensure you lay your item on a flat surface, and measure from slightly below the armholes.

You can find a size guide table on every product page placed to the right of the size selector. When you click on it, the measurements for the product you’ve selected will be displayed in a pop-up window. Note that the chest measurements are full chest, so when measuring your garment item from armpit to armpit, don’t forget to multiply it by 2.
If a size is showing in the size guidelines table but not on the size selector, it’s because it’s not available for sale.
We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and use a low heat setting in the dryer. Good for your gear and the Earth.
